my understanding is that we'll be doing Widowmakers every Thursday for the next few weeks.
Kermit is throwing in wrench this week by adding in the Shoulder Press.
and i agree, a teeny bit confusing cause NORMALLY the current day's WOD is at the top, but right now, it's actually the 3rd post down. But i'm sure that's cause "Mgmt" wants to keep the bit about the meeting next week and the bit about all the changes that are coming, towards the top of the page to ensure that everyone, including those that haven't looked at the website for a few days, see those posts.
