We muffed up and didn't get tickets. The greatest sporting event in the world is here, the torch is going through Yaletown as I write this, the Olympic spirit is soaring in us and we want to be a part of it all.

We NEED some tickets. HELP!!!

2. Just a word of caution on the tickets - only buy from someone you know!!
   
   Already seeing some creative frauds with tickets.. not only do you need to watch out for counterfeits, you also need to watch out for a fraud that isn't detectable until you get to the gate on game day:
   The owner of the tickets has bought them from VANOC and sells them to you. These are real tickets. The original buyer then reports these tickets lost/stolen to VANOC. Because he is registered as the buyer/owner, VANOC will replace HIS tickets, leaving you with nothing but a lighter wallet.

3. There are still some tickets available up in whistler, you just have to be up there to buy them and apparently up there they will be releasing more tickets on the day of an event too

4. My friend (yes... my good, trusted best friend) has the following men's hockey tickets that he needs to sell at cost:
   
   Feb 19 12:00 CAT A Belarus vs Sweden (single)
   
   Feb 19 16:30 CAT A Czech vs Lativa (single)
   
   Feb 20 16:30 CAT A Lativa vs Slovkia (1 Pair)
   
   Feb 20 21:00 CAT A Germany vs Belarus (3 tickets side by side).
