Nasty Girls
50 Squats
7 Muscle Ups
10 Hang Power Cleans (135/85 lbs)
3 Rounds for Time
Found a good video on Muscle Up progressions.
The final guy does not extend fully at the bottom though. Make sure your arms are straight at the bottom and you turn your wrists out.
