Craig Patterson “Patty”: Head Coach & Owner

image I got into Crossfit in 2004 after a friend from Seattle told me about it. After 10 years of Mechanical Engineering and Business development in the Corporate World I was not in very good physical condition. I was a former competitive athlete and from the time I left University I just couldn't find anything that could get me in shape and keep me motivated. I went to the gym, I did some Yoga, I ran a bit, played some rec hockey, none of it was very inspiring or got me very fit.

After 1 month of Crossfit my central nervous system was on fire and I felt like I was on steroids. My hormones were raging and my mind was sharp and clear again.....it was incredible. I immediately devoted all of my time and energy to understanding Crossfit and honing my coaching skills.

Trevor Lindwall “T-Bear”: Coach

image After a debilitating back injury and subsequent back surgery, T-Bear found CrossFit Seattle in 2004 while working as a civil engineer. "When I first started CrossFit I could barely move let alone dead lift any type of weight. I kept talking to Glassman and more and more the CrossFit methods made sense to me." T-Bear's commitment to his own recovery shines through with his coaching style. "I am chameleon-like. I'll adjust all the time to motivate and challenge."
